CASE STUDY DETAILS ● Distribution: ○ Released via: Whatsapp ○ Format: PDF document ○ Language: English 5. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Deliverables: ● Primary Submission: ○ Presentation deck: Maximum 15 slides (PDF or PPT) ○ Executive summary: 1-page overview ● Required Content Sections: 1. Problem Analysis - Understanding of the case study challenge 2. Proposed Solution - Your innovative idea/approach 3. Implementation Plan - Roadmap and action steps 4. Impact Assessment - Expected outcomes and benefits 5. Feasibility Study - Resources, costs, timeline 6. Risk Analysis - Potential challenges and mitigation ● Optional Additions: ○ Prototype or mockup ○ Financial projections ○ Supporting appendices 6. EVALUATION CRITERIA Solutions will be judged on the following (Total: 100 points): ● Innovation & Creativity: 25% (Originality, uniqueness, creative thinking) ● Feasibility & Practicality: 25% (Realistic implementation, resource awareness) ● Impact & Value: 20% (Potential benefits, scalability, sustainability) ● Problem Understanding: 15% (Depth of case analysis, insight quality) ● Pitch Deck Quality: 15% (Clarity of storytelling, logical structure, strong visual design, and effective communication of the idea) ● Bonus Points (up to 5 points): ○ Exceptional use of data/research ○ Cross-functional approach ○ Sustainability considerations 7. COMPETITION RULES PERMITTED: ● Internet research and publicly available resources ● Use of standard software tools (Excel, design tools, etc.) ● Team collaboration within your registered team ● AI tools for research and brainstorming (must be disclosed) ● Frameworks, templates, and methodologies PROHIBITED: ● Plagiarism or copying existing solutions ● Collaboration between different teams ● Sharing case study or solutions on public platforms ● Submitting work created before competition start ● Using insider information related to the case study ● AI-generated content without disclosure and human refinement Consequences: ● First violation: Warning ● Second violation: Point deduction ● Serious violations: Immediate disqualification 8. ORIGINALITY & INTEGRITY Declaration Required: All submissions must include: ● Statement confirming original work created during sprint period ● List of AI tools used (if any) and extent of usage ● Citations for any referenced material or data sources ● Team member contribution breakdown Plagiarism Check: ● All submissions will be screened ● Similarity index threshold: [e.g., 20%] ● Detection leads to disqualification 9.
