➢ Participation Details: ● Participation Type:Individual ● Registration Fee:₹300 per participant ➢ Performance Duration: ● Maximum Stage Time per Participant:6 minutes ➢ Registration Notes: ● Registration fee is non-refundable. ● Character details and background music (if any) must be submitted as instructed by the organizers before the event. Guidelines 1. Cosplay Selection: ● Participants may choose any character of their preference. ● All costumes must respect social decency, cultural sensitivity, and campus norms. ● Any inappropriate or offensive cosplay will result in immediate disqualification. 2. Costume & Dress Code (Strictly Enforced): ● Over-exposed costumes are strictly prohibited. ● Costumes shall be socially appropriate and shall respect and preserve the integrity of the character being portrayed. ● Transparent, revealing, body-hugging, or suggestive outfits are not allowed. ● Chest, midriff, and lower-body areas must be properly covered. ● Costumes must allow safe and comfortable movement. ● The organizing committee’s decision on costume appropriateness will be final. 3. Performance Round: ● Maximum performance time: 6 minutes per participant. ● Allowed performance formats include: ○ Character walk and poses ○ Short skit or acting sequence ○ Character-themed dance ○ Dramatic monologue or dialogue ○ Skill display relevant to the character (non-dangerous only) ● No aggressive acts, jumping stunts, or physical combat moves are allowed. ● Background music, if used, must be submitted in advance as instructed. 4. Weapons & Props: ● Only non-functional, lightweight, and safe props are permitted. ● Real weapons, sharp objects, fire, explosives, or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited. ● Props must be made from safe materials such as foam, cardboard, plastic, or thermocol. ● Oversized or heavy props may be restricted for safety reasons. 5. Content Restrictions ● No explicit, violent, obscene, or offensive content. ● No hate speech, political messages, religious provocation, or discriminatory content. ● Performances must be suitable for a mixed-age college audience. 6. Judging Criteria Participants will be judged on: ● Creativity and craftsmanship ● Accuracy to the character ● Performance and stage presence ● Overall presentation ● Extra Audience Support Points: ● Participants can earn additional points based on flowers received from the audience. Each flower will be counted and converted into points, which will be added to the final score. The flowers must be purchased by the audience from the designated stall present in the event area and presented to the participant during the event. All collected flowers will be counted by the organizing team. Judges’ decisions are final and binding. 7. Time, Reporting & Discipline ● Exceeding the 6-minute time limit may result in point deduction or disqualification. ● Participants must report on time for verification and stage call. ● Late reporting may lead to disqualification. ● Participants must strictly follow instructions given by organizers and volunteers. 8. Code of Conduct ● Maintain respect towards judges, organizers, volunteers, and fellow participants. ● Any form of misbehavior, indiscipline, or non-compliance will lead to immediate disqualification. ● Participants are responsible for any damage caused to college property. 9. Participation of Minors ● Participation/registration in the event by a minor assumes prior parental approval of the participation.
